Work
Steve specialises in acting for owner managed/family run businesses across a wide range of industries. Steve, who became a partner in 2000, is the head of our enterprise team and our tourism and hospitality group. He works from our Penrith and Bentham offices.
Play
Steve spends as much time as possible with his wife Ann and two young kids. Steve admits to playing golf when he can, enthusiastically but poorly; he follows Carlisle United and is a season ticket holder – he tries to get to as many away games as he can, helps out when he can with his son's football team, likes reading history books (Renaissance period, the Tudors and any historical detective story); keen on family history and over the past 25 years has traced the Pinguey name back to 1536!
