Armstrong Watson gains exclusive endorsement by The Law Society

Armstrong Watson has achieved a high accolade by becoming the only firm in the North of England to be exclusively endorsed by The Law Society for the provision of accountancy services to law firms throughout England’s Northern Regions.

The firm has been experiencing increasing demand for its specialist services to the legal sector, which include accountancy, benchmarking, strategic consultancy, proactive tax advice, audit and compliance among others.

The Law Society undertook a strict review of the quality of service Armstrong Watson provides to law firms, from initial meeting through to delivery and evaluation.

Following this review, Armstrong Watson has been successful in becoming endorsed by the Law Society.

It is highly unusual for an accountancy firm to have a dedicated legal sector team and that differentiator permits enhanced knowledge for the benefit of legal clients.

Andy Poole, Legal Sector Partner comments:

‘We are delighted that The Law Society has decided to endorse our services to the legal sector. This ‘rubber stamps’ our services and gives lawyers a guarantee of the quality of support they can expect from us, and that our detailed knowledge of the sector will be used to ensure they gain maximum benefits. I’m extremely proud of the work the team has done to get us to this point.

Having the endorsement should result in increased awareness of the benefits that we can bring and the number of lawyers we support.’

Nigel Spencer, Chief of Commercial Affairs at The Law Society comments:

‘We are very pleased to be able to endorse Armstrong Watson for the provision of accountancy services to law firms in the North of England. Throughout the endorsement process, we have been continually impressed with the quality and standards delivered.’
