Armstrong Watson and Clydesdale Bank would like to invite you to the next of our regular series of Breakfast Briefings for the Legal Services Market.
As with our previous events, invites are restricted to key decision makers within key regional firms. Our intention is to hold these events for a select group of no more than 20 regular attendees. That way we can attract high quality nationally recognised speakers to present on law firm management issues.
WIP Valuation and Profiling
The presentation will highlight the scope and benefits of due diligence and how the results can help you to understand the risks within your business, clarify what you are doing well and where improvements can be made.
How can technical due diligence in WIP valuation & caseload risk profiling help your business?
Do you understand the impact of indemnity risk in your business?
How does your business rank against your peers?
How can technical due diligence help you to obtain funding?
Zoe Holland of ZebraLC will provide an overview of trends over the last 12 months and highlight areas in which issues have been discovered. In instances where it has gone wrong, Zoe will explain how it has impacted upon the valuation of WIP and how it has exposed the firm to risk. Zoe will provide case examples to illustrate ‘the good, the bad, and the ugly’.
The event will provide a real understanding of the benefits of technical due diligence and caseload risk profiling and give you the opportunity to discuss topical issues pertinent to your business.
