Viv Williams founded 360 Legal Group and is a leading consultant to law firms on the topics of strategy, management, practice, development and marketing.
His experience has been in marketing and as a managing director of two floated plc companies. He has the experience necessary to provide an invaluable practical management insight that applies to all professional firms.
Viv has previously worked for Hammonds and Charter & Law Group, assisting both lawyers and accountants to improve their management systems, marketing and increase profitability. Viv has presented numerous seminars and conferences and currently much of his work involves the facilitation of law firm strategy, turnaround and merger and acquisitions.
