Launch of new website signals exciting times ahead
Armstrong Watson has today announced the launch of its new website following an 18 month development programme.
During this time the firm embarked on an in-depth brand positioning process, firstly talking to its clients and business owners across all of its 15 office locations, its 400 strong employee team as well as a wide range of other associates and stakeholders. The process has enabled the firm to clearly present its unique client proposition and what it is that fuels team spirit across the group.
A key element of the consultation focused on the firm’s website offering and how it could be optimised to add real value to its clients. “After analysing all top 50 UK accountancy firms’ websites we had a clear understanding of what worked and what didn’t,” said Marilyn Farrugia, Marketing Executive and Project Manager of the web redevelopment.
“A company’s website gives an immediate representation of its culture and its values. As such it has to truly represent the firm’s identity, its service offering, and the potential client experience.
“We took the overall look and feel of the website, the language, tone of voice, colour palette, simple navigate and optimum usability as our priorities. We have consistently engaged with a team of web drivers to ensure that we deliver the most enjoyable and informative site for our clients, colleagues and potential employees to use and we are very confident that the website we’re launching achieves this.”
