Preparation of a business plan for law firms or departments

Armstrong Watson's Legal Sector specialists prepare business plans for law firms that enable them to understand their business better and make informed decisions about clients, service lines, marketing, recruitment and almost every aspect of their business.

We prepare business plans to help law firms with:

  • Managing their business
  • Improving their business
  • Determining whether to further invest in certain areas of their business
  • Obtaining finance
  • Lexcel
  • Setting targets for key people within their business
  • Submission to the SRA with applications to convert to a limited company or LLP or ABS.

We can prepare business plans for entire law firms or individual departments within a firm. Our business plans include specific action points and objectives but do not include the preparation of financial forecasts. Financial forecasts to complement the plan can be prepared at the same time for an additional cost.
