How do I access my files when I am away from the office?

I am getting inundated with Spam messages what can I do.

There are several ways of tackling this and they need to be evaluated to identify the correct one for you. For most organisations with a central mail server we offer an online service which removes 100% of known viruses, and is very effective against spam and embedded images and additional services with a complete end user management interface for ensuring you can keep full control of your mail. One of our consultants will be able to advise you again of the best way forward.

My accountant has recommended I use Sage Line 50/Instant accounts – should I use that instead?

Many accountants recommend this - before fully assessing the situation. We will have advised you to use your current software for many reasons, the main one being that Line 50/Sage Instant perhaps might not handle the size of your business, or the way that you process your transactions. We would recommend that you speak to us before considering any business software.

I’ve been using Opera II for sometime now, but I’m losing prospective sales and I have to store my quotes in Word and update Outlook with appointments – can this be managed through Opera?

Yes. Pegasus has just launched its Sales Pipeline Module, which is a fantastic CRM package, which fully integrates with the Opera II modules.

I’ve seen both Pegasus and Sage, and they’re almost what I’m after, is there any way the system can be modified to our specification?
