Paul Dickson comments:
‘I’m delighted to announce two new promotions to Director for the firm. Karen and Rosy both demonstrate extremely high levels of commitment to providing the very best of their specialised knowledge in order to support their clients in achieving their objectives. Having such high levels of specialised knowledge enables us to provide bespoke, joined up advice and I’m very pleased that Karen and Rosy are now Directors. It enables them to continue to provide this specialised support, but also allows them to grow and develop within each of their specialist areas. We are dedicated to empowering individuals to being ‘the best they can be’ through development and support, and moments like this recognise this.’

Karen Rae comments:

‘I am very proud to be promoted to Director after working at Armstrong Watson since 1996. I really enjoy supporting and advising our clients and get great satisfaction from helping them through changes particularly in the education sector converting to academies and supporting trustee boards in their decisions to diversify. I feel that I have valuable experience and inside knowledge which adds real value to the relationships I have with clients and I’m looking forward to developing these further in my new role.’

Rosy Rourke comments
‘The last 2 and a half years have been an incredibly exciting time to be involved in Armstrong Watson’s legal sector team. I have enjoyed the opportunity to combine 10 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant with the specialist skills required to help and support our Legal Sector clients. The opportunity to work alongside Andy Poole has been a privilege, and my promotion to Director is the next step in fulfilling our goal of growing the team and expanding our services. For me personally I am delighted to be able to take greater responsibility in leading client relationships and helping existing and future clients plan for the specific challenges and objectives they have.’
