Pamela has a wealth of experience spanning more than 20 years and has built a strong reputation for delivering on assignments through her career. Previously a partner with a regional firm she has also worked with a big four firm and a number of other mid-tier national practices.
She is regularly instructed by company directors, funders (including clearing banks, Scottish Enterprise and other secondary lenders) and other creditors. She has experience in a diverse range of sectors including but not exhaustive appointments in the charity sector, property development & investment, construction & engineering, CVA of a hotel and other licensed trade appointments, administration of a chain of shops in the healthcare sector, liquidation of sofa manufacturer, as well as public interest appointments. Pamela is also involved in providing advice on restructuring of solvent companies and groups (Members’ Voluntary and S110 liquidations).
Pamela prides herself on finding solutions in difficult and complex situations getting to the crux of the problem quickly but at the same time offering a personal approach in what can be difficult and stressful situations. She advises on alternative strategies and can assist in turnaround solutions calling upon her colleagues in corporate finance, forensic accounting and corporate tax as required.
