Armstrong Watson named in Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work for second year in a row

Armstrong Watson is proud to announce that the firm has once again been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, marking the second consecutive year the business has received this prestigious recognition.

The nationwide workplace survey, run in partnership with employee experience platform WorkL, celebrates the UK’s top employers across a wide range of sectors and sizes, recognising organisations that excel in employee engagement, wellbeing and workplace culture.

With more than 800 team members across its offices across the North of England and Scotland, Armstrong Watson’s inclusion in this year’s Best Big Places to Work list builds on its continued commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive and high-performing working environment.

It follows further national recognition, having also ranked among The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers in 2025, highlighting the firm’s ongoing investment in training the next generation of professionals and upskilling its workforce.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey features 567 organisations across four categories, with 126 included in the Best Big Places to Work. It measures engagement across key areas, including reward and recognition, wellbeing, empowerment, pride, information sharing and job satisfaction. The results are based on direct feedback from employees, providing an independent and robust benchmark of workplace culture.
