- ✓ Dedicated expert support: Receive up to 6 hours of annual support from our qualified Xero advisors. You get access to our dedicated helpdesk email address and direct telephone support for any Xero accounting or add-on software queries (excluding Xero Payroll).
- ✓ FREE annual Xero health check (worth £130): Our team will perform a comprehensive annual review of your Xero data and software usage. We'll identify any issues or inefficiencies and provide practical advice to improve your processes, ensuring your data is always accurate and reliable.

This exclusive pricing represents a discount of up to 40% on our standard hourly support rates, in addition to the free health check and other benefits. Alternatively, ad-hoc support is available at our standard hourly rates.
Getting started is simple
We have a straightforward onboarding process to ensure we can provide the best possible support.
For existing Armstrong Watson clients: If we have already onboarded you to Xero, you can sign up directly and benefit from a 50% discount on this package compared to our standard support pricing.
For new clients: To ensure your data is in great shape, we first run a quick series of checks on your Xero account. Based on the results, you can either sign up immediately or, if needed, we’ll offer a one-off discounted training session to get your data optimised.
