About Andrew

Andrew gained 15 years experience with HMRC, latterly concentrating on enquiry work. After a spell with a tax consultancy firm, Andrew joined Robertshaw Myers and became the firm's Tax Partner before becoming a Partner in Armstrong Watson following their merger in 2013.  Andrew deals with all aspects of corporate tax planning including company restructuring and reorganisations, the tax aspects of acquisitions and disposals, and generally helping owner managed businesses with their tax needs.  His time spent with HMRC provides him with the knowledge and an understanding of how HMRC undertake enquiry work and what they are seeking to achieve, which can prove of great assistance to his clients.
