Our portal is designed to provide you with easy access to documents we have produced for you. You will also be able to share documents with us in a secure and efficient manner.
If you are an existing client you may have already received a ‘Welcome’ email which will come from portal@armstrongwatson.co.uk address, or another armstrongwatson.co.uk address if it’s resent. You will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your Microsoft account. This is a crucial step in ensuring the security of your account and protecting your financial information.
If you haven't received an email yet, please keep an eye out as we're gradually rolling out the portal to clients over the coming months.

You will receive a “welcome” email from portal@armstrongwatson.co.uk if you don’t receive this email then please get in touch with your usual Armstrong Watson contact and they will arrange for this to be resent to you. Within this email will be a link to the portal. You will be prompted to set up a Microsoft Account if you do not already have one, which will also ask for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and other log in details. If you already have a Microsoft account and your details have been saved on your browser, it may log you straight in without prompting for any log in details. If you have any issues logging in, we advise you try to use a “private” browser on your device to see if you can access it this way.
Our portal has been designed to be responsive to a device, it will automatically optimise and resize for use on a mobile device or tablet. Just browse to ‘portal.armstrongwatson.co.uk’.
Contact your partner, manager or AW Office and we will resend the email to the email address we have on file.

The types of documents that we will share depend on the services we provide to you. Examples include final accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, and reports.
