Allan has been advising legal practices and others in the legal sector to develop and implement initiatives to create and tap into new business opportunities since leaving private practice to launch his specialist legal consultancy in 1992.
He leads a multi-functional team of specialist consultants, working closely alongside trusted business partners, mostly on client relationship and account management, technology and process improvement initiatives.
Since completing an MBA at Manchester Business school in 1995, Allan has been committed to bringing in people from outside the legal sector to add their different skills, experience and perceptions to the legal world.
