Live Webinar - The Resurgence of Hospitality: Maximising business opportunity

With step two of the roadmap taking place next week (and 26th April easing in Scotland not too far away),  UK hospitality businesses are working hard to prepare for their long-awaited reopening.

Join our panel as we look at the opportunities this resurgence of the sector may bring, consider some of the main challenges, and provide hospitality and tourism businesses with practical information and advice to prepare for the easing of measures.

With increased confidence in UK tourism resulting in strong forward bookings for 2021 and into 2022, we also look towards the future for the sector and how to capitalise on pent up demand, highlighting potential pitfalls and providing tips and advice to steer hospitality businesses through a successful recovery.

Our panel will highlight some key opportunities available including:

  • How to make the most of reduced VAT rates
  • Super-deduction rules
  • Key cash flow planning considerations

Hosted by Armstrong Watson CEO Paul Dickson, our panel of industry experts include Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism Sector Partner, Richard Andrew (Accountancy) and VAT Director Alex Nicholson, who will be joined by sector stalwarts Dan Visser, Vice Chairman of Cumbria Tourism and Luke Jackson, coffee and donuts entrepreneur and joint owner of fast growing food and drinks brand 'Bruce and Luke's'.

As always, we encourage questions before and during the webinar, all of which are handled anonymously.
