Newcastle Legal Breakfast Briefing

Andy Poole of Armstrong Watson would like to invite you to the next of our regular series of Breakfast Briefings for the Legal Services Market in Newcastle.
As with our previous events, invites are restricted to key decision makers within key regional firms.  Our intention is to hold these events for a select group of no more than 20 regular attendees.  That way we can attract high quality nationally recognised speakers to present on law firm management issues.

Speaker Profile – Paul Roberts

Paul is CEO and co-founder of MyCustomerLens, the always-on client listening platform for professional services firms. 

Paul has a passion for using customer data to drive better business outcomes. He began his career as a direct marketer in financial services, before switching to the customer & revenue growth team at PwC Australia. MyCustomerLens was born from the realisation that AI could be used to speed up and scale up the process of turning unstructured feedback into simple actionable insights.
