What Law Firm Mergers Look Like in the New Normal

Join Legal Sector Partner Andy Poole as he interviews our Legal Sector Director Tom Blandford and guests Andrew Roberts, Chairman of the Association of Law Firm Merger Advisors (ALFMA) and Mark Briegal, M&A Lawyer with Bennett Briegal, on the future landscape for law firms looking to merge during and post-COVID.

The panel will look at how firms might approach a merger partner, why that might be different now and what both sides (whether “seller” or buyer”) might be looking for from the deal. They will also discuss the marketplace more generally and what we are seeing in terms of the consolidation of law firms, now and in the future.
