Members of our team are disciplined to listen far more than talk and experienced enough to look much deeper than the surface view presented. As accountants and advisers we ask the right questions to enable us to help understand where you are in the development of your business.

  Development phase

Getting to know you and the business through the understanding phase provides us with good analysis to form a clear way forward. We work with you to uncover questions and issues raised and help you find the answers which in turn enable us to help you formulate an action plan.

  Support

Once we have all agreed to the right plan of action for your specific goals we stay with you to support the implementation, or we can just act as a sounding board when required if you prefer.

Understanding phase

Through this phase we identify:

  • Where you are now in the business lifecycle
  • Identify whether your business plans are aligned with your personal objectives
  • What barriers you face both internal and external
  • What success will look like to you

Development phase

Your action plan will include:

  • A list of specific key actions over periods between 3 months, 12 months and up to 3 years
  • An understanding of who will be responsible for implementing these actions
  • Plans for monitoring and measuring progress

Support Phase

We would also look to support you through:

  • Board meetings
  • Quarterly reviews
  • Telephone advice

What is it?

What do I have to do?

You will need to provide information requested by us. Pre-agreed partners and staff will attend a full day strategy meeting and follow up meetings.

What are the deliverables?

Initial full day strategy meeting. Follow up confirmation of agreed observations, objectives and actions which can be monitored and measured. Quarterly strategic review meetings in Rocks format.

What is the cost?

Initial strategy day £3,600 plus VAT for law firms of up to 50 people. Bespoke costs agreed for larger firms. Based on payment in advance. Quarterly Rocks meetings: bespoke costs agreed after initial strategy day.

How long will it take?

One month from instruction to provision of initial strategy day output.
