Leeds Legal Breakfast Briefing

Huw Nicholls and Sally Jones from Armstrong Watson cordially invite you to join the forthcoming session in our ongoing Breakfast Briefing series, tailored for the Legal Services Market in Leeds.

As with our previous events, invites are restricted to key decision makers within key regional firms.  Our intention is to hold these events for a select group of no more than 20 regular attendees.  That way we can attract high quality nationally recognised speakers to present on law firm management issues.

Introduction to Change Management via the Eight P Point Plan

We are excited to invite you to an insightful session on change management. Our methodology, inspired by the Eight P Point Plan, provides a structured approach for navigating organizational transitions. Change is inevitable, and understanding how to embrace it strategically is crucial. Join us as we explore the fundamental principles, engage with proactive change agents, and empower our teams to drive positive transformation.

Paradigm:      Understand the fundamental change needed. Identify benefits, risks, and why change should align with your strategy.

Pioneers:       Form a pilot group of proactive influencers who champion the change. Avoid “No No” penguins.

Plan:               Design a strategic vision for change. Connect it to your firm’s values and mission.

Promote:        Communicate the vision across the organization. Involve leadership and reinforce through actions.

Permit:            Empower your team by removing barriers and granting authority.

Prizes:            Celebrate quick wins.

Persevere:      Keep going.

Passion:         Creating the new culture

Remember, effective communication and commitment are key to successful change!
