Xero Support Service Package

The world of accounting software is rapidly changing. Xero continually launch new features and there is a large and growing selection of add-on apps to help business systems run more smoothly.  As an established Xero platinum partner with over 10 years’ experience using the software, our team are experts in all things Xero and cloud accounting. Our monthly Xero support service delivers expert knowledge to our clients and provides peace of mind, knowing that support queries will be dealt with for a simple monthly fee.

What you get:

• Up to 6 hours of annual support from our dedicated team of qualified Xero advisors*
• Access to our dedicated helpdesk email address as well as telephone support
• The 6 hours can be used for any Xero accounting and add-on software support queries**
• A free annual health check of your business (worth £130) - We will review your Xero data and software usage, identify issues and advise on efficiencies
• 20% discount off our Management Systems Review – a full review of your business systems and processes with recommendations on improving efficiencies and connectivity

How it works:

• This service is available to all Armstrong Watson clients using Xero at a 50% discount to our standard support package pricing
• If we have onboarded you to Xero and provided training then you can sign up directly
• If we have not onboarded you then we will run a series of data checks on your Xero account to arrive at a data score 
• Based on that score you will either be able to sign up to the service or we will first offer a discounted one-off training session to bring your data up to speed
• Once signed up you can contact your local Armstrong Watson office or our helpdesk with any Xero or integration queries

What it costs:

£38 plus VAT per month on an annual subscription basis for up to 6 hours annual support time. A discount of up to 40% on our standard hourly rate plus the other benefits listed above.

Alternatively, we can continue to provide support charged at our standard hourly rates.
