Board support services

External accountability and expert critique to keep your firm’s strategic plans on track.

You may have created your vision, assembled the right people, and developed your processes—but how can you ensure that plans stay on track? Our Board Support services guide you and your team from the initial implementation stage onwards, providing the "critical friend" your management team needs.

How we support your board

  • Accountability: Quarterly formatted management Board meetings where we hold your plan to account and facilitate strategic direction.
  • External challenge: Support from specialists who know the legal sector inside-out, providing critique and insights into what best practice looks like in the current market.
  • Idea generation: A platform to bounce ideas off experienced consultants who know what competitors and best-in-class firms are doing, ensuring appropriate plans are developed and followed.

Programme details

  • The benefits: Ensuring your plan is followed, identifying and resolving new issues as they arise, and giving your business the best chance of long-term success.
  • Deliverables: Three-hour board meetings held every quarter. We agree on specific targets with you to measure the success of the intervention and ensure individual actions are completed.
  • The cost: £750 + VAT per month in advance for online meetings. Additional charges apply for in-person attendance.
