About Craig
Craig is a Chartered Accountant who joined the Corporate Finance team at Armstrong Watson as a Senior Manager in 2025.
He previously spent more than three years in the Corporate Finance team at EY, where his portfolio contained a mix of projects across the transport, energy, utility and enterprise sectors. He has acted on several high-profile mandates, and he has worked closely with his clients on due diligence, business sales, financial modelling and forecasting, business case drafting and business strategy.
Craig has advised owner managed businesses, large corporates, and enterprise agencies such as Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and South of Scotland Enterprise.
