About David
David joined Armstrong Watson in 2024 as an Accounting Director in Leeds. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 and returned to practice after four years in industry where he held two senior finance positions.
David is focused on bringing his first-hand experiences within owner-managed businesses to his client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships and adding value wherever possible. He prides himself on understanding businesses both financially and operationally, assessing the needs of each business, and assisting senior management on both short and long-term objectives and strategies.
David is also a primary school Governor and Responsible Officer and advises the finance team on a range of issues including academisation and budget management.
