About Douglas
Douglas joined Armstrong Watson in January 2012 to take up an office leadership role in Dumfries, focussing on Audit and Corporate businesses, but with a particular focus on the Legal sector and other professional practice clients in the North of England and South/Central Scotland. He has further developed new client business in the region and helped to build Armstrong Watson’s profile.
Having previously worked at Partner level in Edinburgh with Scott & Paterson and then Baker Tilly, Douglas has over 37 years experience in the profession, typically working with owner managed family businesses and professional practices, providing advisory and compliance needs. His clients have the benefit of his breadth and depth of expertise over a broad range of business sectors and size and shape of businesses.
