Xero User News - Xero New Invoicing now includes packing slips!
When Xero introduced the new Invoice layout it was always with the intention to enable more features to be seamlessly integrated, like adding a new Customer or a credit limit warning. Xero have now made it possible to print packing slips including a delivery address different to the billing address. This packing slip displays the contact details, item, description and quantity. The payment information and any financial fields will NOT be displayed.
Print a packing slip
- Find and open the awaiting payment or paid invoice you want to print a packing slip for. If you’re still in classic invoicing, click Switch to new invoicing.
- Click the Print PDF arrow, then select Packing Slip.
The PDF packing slip opens in a separate browser tab, then you can print or save it.
There is also the ability to create a more custom packing slip.
