About Kathryn
Kathryn is an Audit & Assurance Director at Armstrong Watson, based in the Leeds office. She joined the business in 2026 and prior to that spent 14 years in Cambridge at PEM, a leading independent firm, where she worked across a broad portfolio of corporates, owner-managed businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
Kathryn's approach is built on honesty, curiosity and trust. She takes the time to understand what really matters to a client, what their exact needs are, and responds with clarity. Kathryn’s enjoyment of the role comes from watching clients achieve their goals and supporting them on the journey.
She is a firm believer in the value of audit – it can be far more than a compliance exercise and offer a real insight into a business. Kathryn enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and working alongside her audit team to deliver that value.
