Lee joined Armstrong Watson in 2025 bringing with him 37 years of banking and finance experience, having previously worked at institutions including The Halifax Building Society, Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Bank of Ireland, Bibby Financial Services, and latterly Close Brothers Invoice Finance, where he served as Regional Sales Director for 13 years, contributing to the growth of the brand and loan book in Yorkshire.
