About Lee
Lee joined Armstrong Watson as Employment Tax Partner in September 2026, bringing more than 19 years' experience advising businesses and individuals on complex tax matters. Over the past 12 years, he has specialised in Employment Tax, Global Mobility and Reward, supporting organisations across a wide range of sectors.
Prior to joining Armstrong Watson, Lee held senior roles with Azets and Grant Thornton. He also has extensive experience advising within the sports sector, working with clubs, organisations and professional athletes on a range of employment and tax matters.
Based in Manchester, Lee works closely with clients across the North of England and Scotland, helping clients manage risk, maintain compliance and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
