About Lindsey

Lindsey has more than 30 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency. A chartered accountant and licenced insolvency practitioner, Lindsey joined Armstrong Watson in 2024 after 22 years as a partner at RSM (including more than a decade at Baker Tilly), where she led the North West and Northern Ireland restructuring and insolvency team for several years.

Lindsey has a broad range of experience with SMEs and family businesses across a variety of sectors including property, manufacturing, energy, and professional services. She also has significant experience advising third sector organisations. Lindsey prides herself on her empathetic style and takes a holistic approach to advising organisations who are often facing difficult and stressful situations. She enjoys the variety of her work and being able to make a difference when she can, assisting clients with a solution to support or restructure their business.
