Mark has over 30 years of experience assisting a diverse range of clients, including charitable Trusts, in both professional and voluntary capacities. He works with owner-managed businesses across various sectors, specialising in start-ups, franchises, pharmacies, retailers, and investment companies. Mark has a proven track record in helping clients achieve organic growth, facilitating acquisitions, and preparing businesses for sale or divestment. He also provides tax planning and wealth advisory services to private individuals and families. Mark is a member of ICAS (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland), a Fellow of ACIE (Association of Charity Independent Examiners).
