At an awards ceremony in London recently, Armstrong Watson's Payroll team were awarded the Pay & Benefits Magazine "Employer of The Year" award, beating other major Bureaux from around the world.

This follows on from winning the the CIPP "Employer of the Year" award, and being finalists in both the Payroll World and Pay & Benefits "Service Provider of the Year" categories.

CIPP PQP Re-Accreditation

Our Payroll Bureau has retained their CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) PQP (Payroll Quality Partnership) accreditation. 

This is an independent professional accreditation which confirms that we meet the highest professional standards with our procedures and processes and we have demonstrated a very high standard of staff training and development.

This has involved a considerable amount of work in ensuring that the department maintained an extremely high standard of procedures, processes and staff training & development since the last accreditation two years ago, with detailed records having to be kept. CIPP auditors carried out a detailed on-site inspection of all documentation and interviewed both management and staff.
