Free finance sessions for school leaders

Following on from the autumn term’s popular Considerations for Conversion series in respect of finding the right structure for your school in the future, Armstrong Watson in association with Modern Governor, Berg and C:Becs are now hosting a second series of topical school webinars between March and July which deal with crucial issues currently facing our schools.

For the next three weeks Karen Rae will host an one hour finance sessions on Budgeting Basics, Understanding Cashflows and the importance of good Management Accounts. These sessions are aimed at Governors, School Business Managers and senior leaders of any institution to provide the guidance and support of these important governance tools. Karen will discuss the function of these documents, how to prepare these effectively, their purpose and how to interpret the results generated as well as giving attendees to these webinars the opportunity to ask questions directly.
