Apprenticeship Opportunities

Start your journey with a Top 30 UK firm

At Armstrong Watson, our motto is "We’re with you."

That applies just as much to our colleagues as it does to our clients. If you’re ready to fast-track your career and skip the university debt, we’re ready to invest in your future.

We don’t believe in throwing you in the deep end. Instead, we offer a structured, supportive environment where you can transition from student to professional with a team that knows your name.

If you’re finishing school or college, or looking to start a new career path, one of our apprenticeship programmes might be the perfect option for you, combining on-the-job learning with professional qualification studies. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be an integral part of the team from day one.

What we look for

We hire for potential, not just grades. Working in accountancy requires a sharp mind, but working at Armstrong Watson requires heart and personality.

  • Curiosity: You ask questions. You want to understand why the numbers matter to the client.
  • Resilience: Studying for professional exams while working full-time is a challenge. It requires discipline, time management, and grit.
  • People Skills: We are a relationship-led firm. You need to be able to communicate, listen, and build trust with colleagues and clients alike.
